HOW ULTRA PURGE WORKS:
Ultra Purge is a nonabrasive, chemical purging compound. Ultra Purge
works by breaking the molecular bonds of the polymers and pigments
that contaminate your machine. These contaminants are then safely
ejected without harming the screws, barrels and even hot runner systems.
Ultra Purge is effective for color changes, material changes and removing
black specks. An expanding agent present in Ultra Purge allows it to clean
even the most hard to reach areas inside your machines. Ultra Purge
cleans at the processing temperature of the previous production material.
